Very attentive to concerns, details, and negotiations
Jay helped me find a house by literally picking it out for me. Every house I wanted to go to..when I got there and didn’t love it. Jay was busy taking note of the likes and dislikes I was stating and said “I have a house that you’re going to love”.... AND I DID! I went back 4 or 5 times to show other members of my family, and she accommodated me with her constant passion. I was a first-time homebuyer, and she walked me through the steps of everything, gave me advice, and constantly followed up to make sure I was doing OK. With her help, I was able to close on the house early. I would recommend Jay to EVERYONE, buying or selling.

Overall, our experience with Hyesun (Jay) has been excellent. We had heard through the grapevine, how Jay has helped numerous people within Clarksville. Her attention to detail throughout the whole buying process has been fantastic. Here is some information on how Jay helped us in purchasing this home:
1. Provided expert feedback on the materials used throughout the home (i.e. kitchen cabinets & counter, flooring, carpet, windows, etc).
2. Provided feedback regarding the area (neighborhood and community).
3. Negotiation process.
a. This is by far the most stressful process. However, we didn’t stress at all in this process. I don’t know how to reiterate this but Jay’s negotiation skills are excellent. Jay can converse and persuade sellers to substantially help the buyers. I am highly confident that she can substantially help sellers as well. Her negotiation skills should not be overlooked.
b. Any issues concerning the home (door, inspections, etc.), Jay was able to resolve them with ease. Again, this is when her negotiation skills were highly beneficial.
c. Her attention to detail on any financial discrepancies was immensely beneficial. Jay was able to pinpoint any issues concerning the debit or credit (finances). Extremely meticulous.
Jay’s expertise as a realtor helped alleviate ALL the stress from buying a home. I have never dealt with a realtor who provided this type of service. Jay worked beyond normal business hours to help us purchase this home.
If you are looking for an agent who is dedicated, responsible, knowledgeable, meticulous, has excellent negotiation skills, is professional, and wants to purchase/sell a home stress-free, then don’t look elsewhere.
